Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful fianc JP in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where the majority of my followers are. I post about my life in general, the good and the bad. My family moved to America. In the age of 1 and 1/4 I was accepted into my parents. In the hope of having a better life, I wanted to do my best to please them. I was focused on achieving my goals. Within my head, I knew what the plan was for my future. Attend college, and graduate. Be married. Purchase a home. Get kids. Although I was convinced that this was the standard for successful, my life was not following the strategies. It was 2013 when I realized that I was not happy going to work in my company job. The status and the money didn't not excite me. I thought I was wasting time for a paycheck. When I started to take steps towards my new life path I began to discover that I was a personal trainer and my passion. I am a lover for fitness, and I love being in the company of people and am eager to help them. I began my business in 2014. It is my seven-year birthday this year. As an Asian female in this industry we are among the few. My goal in this industry is to help create a durable and healthy life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. In addition, I wish for others to be empowered to follow their dreams and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for throughout their lives. My professional career began to take off when I experienced the greatest success of my life. My mother passed away at the same time that my career began to take off. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will always be in my heart and my mind. Although you may not be able to see the signs at first, God has a funny way of providing us with what we truly require. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways. I truly believe that my Mom gave me another opportunity to live my life after her passing. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to begin her new life. I was given a second chance at living a happy and fulfilled life. In the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. It is true that I live now and not just surviving just like I did before. My goal in sharing my experience is to show you that, you are not the only one. I would like you to feel that love is real and that therapy can be normal. Your health is your greatest asset. My prayer is that you live your life fully and that your end is without regrets as that's the only thing you can count on for the rest of our lives.
